Pricing Guide

This is a rough estimate on how I price my landscape:

Weed Removal/Sod Placement: $20 and more depending on the amount of weeds or if it is the entire lawn then sod placement will apply meaning that I will include the price of sod to cover your area and time and labor. 

Lawn Care (front or back):  $20; one side of the house depending on the size of the area could cost more.

Edging:  $10 - how large your area is.

Tree Removal:  $100 for easy tree jobs then increases according to the size of the tree, location and complication, I do however network with my former employer who has done tree work for over 30 years; trust me you will get your tree professionally removed.  Now hauling will cost extra being I will have to rent a dump truck or refer you to my former boss; either way you will have to spend
a little extra unless you wish me to just leave the wood in your area. 

Sprinkler Systems:  $500 - how complicated the system will be.

Hedging:  $10 per hedge job may cost more if hedge is exceedingly large, however if the lawn needs to be done hedging will be included with the entire job this only applies if you wish your hedges to be trimmed.

Stump Removal: $300 – and up I do not have my own equipment so I will have to rent a stump grinder or if the stump is small enough a Bob Cat type of equipment; you are mainly paying for me to rent the equipment and my business insurance in case any mishap occurs when handling heavy machinery.

Here is an example of a job that I bid out for a customer, I never ended up doing the job, but you can see a bit of an example on how I price some jobs.  This was an estimate on the job that I was going to do so the price could have been dropped down to accommodate the customer.  This is just an example, however I price jobs depends on the customer’s satisfaction.

Promotional Opportunity

If you give this business information out someone that is in need of landscape than I will personally give you 10% or more of that business deal.  That does not seem like much, however I can do landscape in the 5, 10, and $15,000 increments and more.  If you give me a job that I may charge $1,000 you will receive $100 or more, now if you do that 5 times that is $500 and all that you done, was referred me.  Now if you would wish to help me on those jobs than I will award you hourly plus the commission you provided.  You could make some very easy cash.  This position is always open for the variation of the business (forever), refer me and see how much money you can earn.  However if it is a small job I may just keep you commission and wait to a later date to give it to you if you wish it to be that way (10% X $20 is $2 would you like the $2 now or wait for later to tack that to more commission which is my question to you).  Let me know if you see business in your area, you don't even need to talk to the person, just tell me to drive by the house / neighbor hood and that will be ok as well.  It maybe some of the easiest money you will ever make!  Call me if you’re interested at (910) 584-2538, or E-Mail me at:  andrewbartlett@greenslayers.com my name is Andrew Bartlett Owner of Green Slayers Landscape Company, and I hope to hear from you!
